1. Printed & Reddy To Go!

    Reddy 4 Danger Issue #1 is finished and ready for Canzine, happening tomorrow from 1-7pm @ Great Hall, 1087 Queen Street West, Toronto. Come by and say “hi”, we’ll draw you something!

    Despite minor printing confusions along the way, i’m glad to say that there were no black eyes, bruises or paper cuts in the production of these zines! Go team work.

    Thanks goes out to Fed-Ex (Kinkos) for allowing us to spend 3 hours with them on a Saturday night. Special thanks goes to Lillian for being a brave soul and helping us out on the assembly lines. We couldn’t have done it without you! <3

    Raphy and I have been working long and hard to get Reddy4Danger going. We’ve applied for the Xeric Grant for Comic Book Self-Publishers and we’re preparing for Canzine coming up later this month, Sunday October 24th. We’ll have a table with all sorts of R4D swag. Mark it in your calendars!

  7. Here&#8217;s another revision on Danger. I wanted to make her eyes more expressive and consistent with the character design of Reddy. Also, I think this expression on her face gives people an impression of what her personality is like in the story.

  8. Here&#8217;s a revision of the character design. I&#8217;ve made them a bit older (roughly 4-5 yrs) and made the faces more geometric. The hardest part of drawing younger versions of us is getting our noses down. - Raphy C.

  10. During one of our brainstorming sessions, we thought up of what would be in Reddy&#8217;s room. Since Reddy is based on me, I started jotting down some items I had in my room growing up. Even today, my room is pretty eclectic. -Raphy C.
